Eligibility

- You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal recreational purposes, not on behalf of a business entity.
- You have not previously had a pp444 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of pp444 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
- You are not using the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of pp444 is lawful in your location.

Account Registration

- Do not share your registration details with any third party.
- Do not allow any other person to use your pp444 account, even temporarily.
- Do not use a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographic location during registration or subsequent use.
Section 4
Account Security
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pp444 username and password. pp444 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not reused on any other online service.
All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. pp444 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pp444 immediately by contacting [email protected]. pp444 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.
Security Recommendation: Enable any available two-factor authentication or additional verification steps offered within your pp444 account settings. These features significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
pp444 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
Deposits are credited to your pp444 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 60 seconds for mobile banking services such as bKash and Nagad.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
- pp444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

Section 6
Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on the pp444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
General betting rules applicable to all markets include the following:
- Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid wager.
- Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In live (in-play) betting, odds may fluctuate rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
- Void bets: pp444 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, where the event is cancelled or abandoned, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
- Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per market and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. pp444 is not obligated to pay winnings beyond the stated maximum payout limit.
- Accumulator bets: Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. Each selection is treated as an independent leg. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated as though that leg did not exist, subject to the minimum leg requirements stated at bet placement.
Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and ICC tournaments — are governed by additional cricket-specific rules relating to match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and super-over results. These supplementary rules are published within the cricket betting section of pp444.
Section 7
Casino Games
The pp444 casino lobby provides access to games supplied by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games operate under the rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications held by the respective studios.
pp444 makes no independent representations regarding the outcome probability of any casino game beyond what is stated in the individual game rules provided by the studio. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, where published, are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results over any individual session.
- Live casino games are subject to the studio's own terms in addition to the pp444 platform terms.
- Technical failures during a game round may result in the round being voided and the stake returned. Where a round cannot be voided, the studio's own dispute resolution process applies.
- pp444 reserves the right to restrict access to certain game titles based on your location or account status.
Section 8
Bonuses & Promotions
pp444 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules applicable across all pp444 promotions are as follows:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed within the promotion details.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games, and crash games may each carry different contribution percentages. These are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically without notice.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Creating or operating more than one pp444 account.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which you have placed a bet.

- Threatening, harassing, or abusing pp444 staff or other users through any communication channel.
Section 10
Suspension & Termination
pp444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, pp444 may withhold any outstanding balance pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — including fraud, bonus abuse, match-fixing involvement, or identity misrepresentation — the outstanding balance may be forfeited in full.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their pp444 account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to all applicable withdrawal conditions being met, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Section 11
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase may be subject to a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pp444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the pp444 platform without prior written consent from pp444.
Section 13
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp444 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof. pp444 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
pp444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to technical failures during a betting or gaming session, where the outcome of the session cannot be determined.
- Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
- Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a manifest error, subject to the bet-voiding procedures described in Section 6.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
